What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important aspect of my representation is to develop a trust. I start my initial consultation with a story of my past client who asked what would you do if this was your child. The client needs to trust that I will ALWAYS have their best interest.
Describe a recent claim you are fond of and the outcome, length of the case?
Without violating attorney-client privilege, a fond and memorable case ended up taking 3 years to preserve my client's due process rights. Although it took awhile, the law was on our client's side and there was no way we were going to let the government take advantage of the situation.
